Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Training Staff member to join our After‑Sales Department in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The role focuses on developing and delivering both classroom‑based and online training programs for our dealer network, ensuring high technical competency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum for classroom and e‑learning modules.
• Prepare training plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Assess dealer after‑sales skill levels and identify training needs.
• Facilitate and conduct FUSO‑specific technical training sessions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of training materials.
• Provide technical assistance and respond to dealer inquiries.
• Perform administrative duties related to training operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
