Field Quality Manager – Drive Quality Excellence

About the role

The Field Quality Manager II partners with regional, operations and service line teams to embed a culture of quality across field services. You will lead quality planning, assurance, control and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong quality leadership for all customer work, FieldCore staff and fixed facilities, including tooling centers.
• Drive deployment of quality campaigns such as “STOP Work” and leadership observation processes.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System, develop audit plans, conduct audits and improve compliance.
• Measure, analyse and report quality metrics, including Customer Experience and Cost of Poor Quality.
• Lead NCR management, root‑cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate cross‑functional continuous‑improvement projects and standardise best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent field service/quality experience.
• 8+ years progressive experience in field service or quality roles, with 3+ years managing multi‑disciplinary, international teams.
• Strong customer orientation and proven change‑agent capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to successful completion.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region and work holidays, weekends and overtime as required.
