External Audit Associate – Assurance (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as an External Audit Associate. You will work within the Assurance practice, providing independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and potential misstatements.
• Apply auditing methodologies, GAAP and GAAS, to assess financial reporting and disclosures.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality audit services.
• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to support audit conclusions.
• Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Document audit procedures and findings in line with firm standards.
• Monitor financial trends to inform audit strategies.
