About the role
Tether Operations Limited is seeking a highly structured and analytical professional to join its Tokenization Expansion Team as an Expansion Manager. The position supports Hadron, Tether’s institutional platform for real‑world asset tokenization, and reports directly to the Head of Tokenization Expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution and delivery of client and partner initiatives across multiple regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tokenized assets.
- Monitor project progress and report status to senior leadership.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities for tokenization services.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
