Executive Recruiter - Market Intelligence Analyst

About the role

As an Executive Recruiting Market Intelligence Analyst, you will shape Assurant's executive talent attraction strategy by delivering data-driven market insights and talent intelligence. You will partner with Executive Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders to identify talent opportunities, analyze labor market dynamics, evaluate competitors and strengthen the employer value proposition, turning complex workforce data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Research labor market trends, talent availability, competitor activity, workforce demographics and emerging talent opportunities.
• Develop talent maps across industries, functions, geographies and leadership job families.
• Analyze competitor organizational structures, leadership movements, succession landscapes and reporting relationships.
• Partner with Executive Recruiting teams to build and maintain external executive talent pipelines.
• Create market intelligence reports, candidate briefs, benchmarking analyses and visual presentations.
• Support candidate calibration, talent attraction planning and workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employer Branding and HR on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research, talent intelligence, workforce analytics or data analytics supporting a Talent Acquisition organization.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex data and research findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and data visualization skills.

Required skills

• Experience with labor market intelligence platforms, research databases and talent mapping methodologies.
• Power BI, Microsoft Excel and other data analysis and reporting tools.
• Helpful: knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast, TalentNeuron or Revelio Labs; experience creating executive talent maps, succession landscapes or competitive intelligence reports; ability to present to non-technical audiences.
