Executive On Premise (Red Bull Ambassador)

About the role

The Executive On Premise will act as the face of Red Bull in bars, restaurants, clubs and events, driving sales and strengthening brand presence across the on‑premise channel.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with bar staff, distributors, promoters and agencies as the Red Bull ambassador.
• Develop and execute innovative territory initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
• Manage resources, budgets and tools to ensure efficient premium execution at Red Bull and third‑party events.
• Negotiate agreements, create value‑adding programs and turn market insights into sales‑driving actions.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics to identify growth areas.

Required profile

• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within nightlife or on‑premise environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the local scene.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of iOS.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
