Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team

About the role

Wand is building tools that make gaming more accessible and fun. As the Executive Assistant you will support five senior leaders across multiple time zones, ensuring their calendars run smoothly and their focus stays protected.

Key responsibilities

• Own and defend complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars for several executives, proactively resolving conflicts.
• Schedule and prepare cross‑functional meetings, agendas, documentation and follow‑ups; run recurring operating cadences such as planning weeks and leadership syncs.
• Tri­age inboxes, flag important items and draft clear correspondence on behalf of the team.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, manage itineraries and ensure timely expense reporting.
• Lead occasional special projects from start to finish while handling confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• 4+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Exceptional organization, judgment and follow‑through; anticipates needs before they arise.
• Excellent written and verbal English; professional, warm communication style.
• Comfortable working across US time zones (core overlap with Mountain Time) and with a global team.
• Discreet, calm under pressure and able to close loops reliably.
