Executive Assistant to Head of Marketing

About the role

Syngenta is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires. The role provides high‑level executive support, manages a dynamic agenda, and contributes to marketing team communications and workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Marketing Head’s agenda, prioritize meetings, and make informed decisions to optimize time.
• Coordinate meetings, business trips, and key activities, ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact between the Marketing Head, the marketing team, and other business areas.
• Develop and coordinate presentations, meeting materials, and follow‑up actions, turning inputs into clear, structured content.
• Contribute to marketing meetings, workshops, and team communications with a consultative and creative perspective.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Communications, Institutional Relations or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience providing executive assistance to senior leaders in a multinational or complex corporate environment.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with local, regional and global stakeholders.
• High level of autonomy, judgment, adaptability, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and support preparation of presentations and meeting materials.
