Event Producer

About the role

Fever is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will use data and insights to design and deliver unique live experiences that align with the company’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with production agencies across multiple markets, serving as the primary point of contact for all production matters.
• Review, negotiate, and approve production budgets, contracts, and operational proposals.
• Monitor event performance and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement and enforce Candlelight’s global production standards, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate production‑related purchases, operational upgrades, and implementation projects with external partners.
• Oversee onsite ancillary revenue initiatives, including merchandise and other supplemental streams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in live event production, vendor management, and operational execution.
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to negotiate contracts and budgets.
