Event Planning Analyst

About the role

Mobility’s Central Operations Team Planner (Meetings & Events) supports the end‑to‑end lifecycle of global corporate meetings and events. As an Event Planning Analyst you will work within a process‑driven model to qualify requests, manage budgets, coordinate logistics and ensure compliance with policy and financial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and validate incoming event requests, assess requirements against corporate policy and guide requestors through the approval process.
• Source venues in partnership with procurement, emphasizing sustainability and maintaining up‑to‑date event status.
• Track budgets, generate purchase orders, obtain travel and other necessary approvals, and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Provide stakeholder support, manage issue escalation and guarantee consistent delivery across market units.
• Oversee event closure activities, including financial reconciliation, invoice tracking, audit support and data accuracy in reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3‑4 years of active meetings management experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of strategic meetings management concepts and event lifecycle processes.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, German, Italian) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event technology platforms such as Cvent, StarCite, Eved, Delphi, or Opera.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
