ESS Commissioning Engineer (Argentina)

About the role

CATL is seeking an ESS Commissioning Engineer to join its team in Argentina. You will be responsible for delivering commissioning services for energy storage products, ensuring successful project acceptance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Commission energy storage products according to the defined schedule.
• Represent CATL in the commissioning process, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during debugging and testing.
• Complete project acceptance procedures on site with the client.
• Provide training to customer operation and maintenance personnel on the use of energy storage systems.

Required profile

• College degree or higher in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong practical electrical background and ability to work hands‑on.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in ESS commissioning is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 60% of the time).
