Environment & Sustainability Manager

About the role

The Site Environmental & Sustainability Lead provides strategic leadership for environmental aspects of Kimberly‑Clark’s sustainability programs at a moderate‑complexity manufacturing site in San Luis, Argentina. The role ensures compliance with corporate E&S standards and local regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with Kimberly‑Clark and regulatory environmental requirements.
• Own and manage the site’s Environmental & Sustainability Management System, including ISO 14001:2026 alignment.
• Identify environmental aspects and hazards, develop risk‑reduction strategies, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to raise the maturity of E&S programs and collaborate with segment and global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability or related field.
• 5‑7 years of environmental management experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence without direct authority.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
• Experience with risk assessment, legal compliance, and sustainability program implementation.
