Enterprise BD Training Manager

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Training Manager to design, develop, deliver, and maintain sales effectiveness training across the organization. The role focuses on customer‑engagement training and the creation of AI‑enabled sales enablement content for internal BD and Go‑To‑Market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs using virtual, in‑person, and blended formats.
• Develop training assets with AI‑enabled tools such as Synthesia, Iorad, and Articulate.
• Create job aids, workshops, and virtual learning pathways to support BD users.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Operations, Business Insights, Business Technology, and Corporate Learning & Development.
• Report to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Training and align training priorities with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training content.
• Proven ability to use modern authoring and AI‑enabled tools for training creation.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with SMEs, external technology partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
