Engagement Delivery Director

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director (also known as Program Management Director) to lead a team of program and project managers delivering complex, enterprise‑level engagements across multiple industry verticals. This senior leader will shape delivery standards, mentor high‑performing teams, and ensure the highest customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of Program/Project Managers responsible for the delivery of large‑scale, enterprise customers.
• Define program scope, release planning, and structure while securing cross‑functional alignment.
• Drive teams through Agile software‑engineering processes, removing obstacles and making critical decisions.
• Collaborate with global leaders to standardize delivery methodologies and influence overall engagement strategy.
• Meet and exceed business targets, providing accurate forecasts, metrics, and thought leadership.
• Champion change initiatives, mentor staff, and embody Salesforce values.
