About the role

PWC is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead local marketing initiatives and support regional strategies. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving revenue growth, and delivering integrated communication campaigns for the firm’s professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan local marketing plans while aligning with regional strategies.
• Coordinate and control the launch of advertising and promotional campaigns at the local level.
• Provide strategic support to business lines on channel selection, public relations, and communication tactics.
• Conduct commercial research on existing and new service offerings to inform product positioning.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced intermediate English proficiency.
• Minimum five years of experience in similar roles, preferably within service, intangible or media sectors.
• Proven experience implementing digital‑marketing trends.
• Knowledge of graphic design and familiarity with design software.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong customer service and innovative communication skills.
