Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join its global Employee Relations team. In this role you will partner with HR, legal, ethics, and business leaders to resolve complex workplace issues and strengthen a people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with HR, managers, and business leaders to support Employee Relations initiatives.
• Conduct workplace investigations involving potential policy violations and employee misconduct.
• Gather, analyze, and document relevant information, including interviews, evidence, and case findings.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and Ethics Compliance teams to assess situations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and best practices in employee relations.
• Support employee relations training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to organizational change and workforce realignment activities when needed.
• Help drive a positive, inclusive, and high‑integrity workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or a related area.
• Experience supporting workplace investigations, conflict resolution, or employee relations matters.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
