Email & SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

Community Sports Partners is looking for a remote Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator to turn interest into bookings and keep players returning. You will create and manage campaigns, follow up leads, and coordinate pickup games across Latin America while working evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games and registration offers.
• Maintain accurate inventory of locations, dates, time slots and pricing; respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• Create and update game listings, monitor registrations, and coordinate with local hosts to ensure smooth execution.
• Track campaign performance, delivery metrics and sales outcomes; report qualified enquiries, bookings and revenue.

Required profile

• Practical experience building email campaigns and SMS automations.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer conversations.
• Attention to detail with schedules, prices and customer records.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting.

What we offer

• Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
• Monthly base salary US$800‑US$1,000 plus variable commissions of US$500‑US$1,000.
• Potential total earnings of US$1,300‑US$2,000 per month.
