Email Marketing Specialist – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Email Marketing Specialist to support DTC e‑commerce brands across Latin America. The position starts as an hourly freelance contract with the possibility of evolving into a full‑time role for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for multiple clients.
• Create and manage audience lists, segmentation, and campaign calendars.
• Design, test, and optimise email and SMS campaigns to improve deliverability, open and conversion rates.
• Conduct client audits, produce strategic documents and automation plans.
• Analyse performance data and adjust tactics to maximise results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients via Zoom meetings and written communication.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver able to multitask.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms.
