Electrical BIM/VDC Director

About the role

ENG is seeking an Electrical BIM/VDC Director to lead its Electrical Business Unit focused on mission‑critical facilities across the United States. The role combines deep electrical BIM expertise with full P&L ownership and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy, financial health, operations and growth of the Electrical BU (≈30 members).
• Lead Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, Technical Leaders, Job Captains, BIM Specialists and Modelers delivering US BIM MEP projects.
• Act as bridge between clients, project execution and financial performance, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client relationships.
• Drive revenue growth, margin performance and accurate forecasting with full P&L accountability.

Required profile

• 10–15 years in construction/engineering with deep electrical systems knowledge.
• Hands‑on BIM experience using Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, ACC and Teams.
• Proven leadership of remote BIM/VDC teams across seniorities.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field; strong electrical focus preferred.
