About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Flash Team, responsible for developing strategic relationships with eCommerce clients and partners, overseeing initiatives from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Manage partner projects end‑to‑end, from vendor onboarding through post‑sale analytics, ensuring timely delivery.
- Understand each client’s business goals and challenges, providing guidance to help them grow.
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, deliver strategic recommendations, and create systems and tools that drive client growth.
- Handle all client communications via phone and email, maintaining a high level of service.
- Collect and track feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve processes.
- Become a subject‑matter expert on the technologies used at Simplistic, such as Shopify Plus and web development basics, to address client questions quickly.
Required profile
- Available to work 40 hours per week and based in South America.
- At least 1 year of eCommerce project‑management experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for building flash‑style sites.
- Strong grasp of standard project‑management methodologies and the ability to resolve project issues.
- Capability to keep multiple projects on track financially, creatively, and against stakeholder deadlines.
- Conceptual understanding of eCommerce technology, including product data structures.
