Distribution Partner Manager – Región Cuyo

About the role

The Distribution Partner Manager will represent and manage Red Bull’s business with assigned distribution partners in the Cuyo region, developing annual plans, driving growth, and tracking KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regular meetings with distributors to communicate strategy, review KPIs, and run trainings.
• Assign and monitor sales, distribution and execution targets for partners.
• Conduct trade visits to coach sales teams and identify distribution opportunities.
• Develop annual business plans with partners, including volume forecasts and POS allocation.
• Manage budgets for incentives, free goods and POS materials.
• Maintain Red Bull system data, perform competitor intelligence and risk management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, preferably beverages.
• Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and leading teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Experience using Microsoft Word.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
