Director, SAP Business Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM NEORIS is seeking a Director, SAP Business Solution Architect to lead technology‑driven SAP solution governance and delivery across client engagements. You will shape target architectures, guide discovery and implementation activities, and partner with account teams to drive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP pre‑sale and implementation governance across multiple client projects.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis, process change, organizational change and root‑cause analysis.
• Assess existing client solutions, define functional requirements and create blueprints.
• Own architecture governance and ensure consistency across the SAP domain.
• Develop target architectures and client roadmaps aligned with SAP solutions.
• Support account planning, build client vision and introduce innovative SAP topics.

Required profile

• 7+ years of SAP solution architecture experience in pre‑sale and implementation.
• Proven leadership in architecture governance and cross‑domain alignment.
• Strong project governance skills, including fit‑gap analysis and troubleshooting.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SAP product portfolio and solution trends.
• Requirements engineering from discovery through blueprint definition.
• Analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and opportunity assessment.
