Digital Marketing Graphic Designer

About the role

Selkirk Sport is seeking a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer to create high‑impact visual content for its digital marketing channels. The role sits at the intersection of brand, creativity, and performance marketing, focusing on assets that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and motion‑based creative for paid digital channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Create social media graphics, short‑form visual content, story templates, promotional banners, and other platform‑specific assets.
• Develop graphic overlays, animated elements, typography, and visual treatments for digital video and paid media.
• Produce and iterate on creative variations for A/B testing based on campaign performance and audience insights.
• Design assets for email campaigns, digital newsletters, SMS promotions, and automated customer journeys.
• Generate digital graphics for website landing pages, product launches, collection features, and other e‑commerce experiences.
• Apply and evolve Selkirk’s digital brand standards while maintaining visual consistency across customer‑facing channels.
• Partner with the Creative Director and Marketing team to translate campaign goals into compelling visual concepts.
• Collaborate with Social, Content, Media, and Marketing teams to support integrated campaigns and digital storytelling.
• Organize and maintain digital creative assets within internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Required profile

• Comfortable moving quickly, testing new ideas, and responding to digital trends.
• Ability to balance multiple creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on designer who understands how visual storytelling builds a brand and drives measurable results.
