About the role

The Digital Marketing Graduate Associate is a full‑time, permanent position designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in digital marketing. You will join Brainlabs' two‑year Academy in Buenos Aires, combining masterclasses with real‑world client work.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in live campaigns for brands such as LEGO, Crocs, Adidas and Formula One.
• Rotate through specialist teams (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO) to gain hands‑on experience.
• Apply marketing theory to deliver measurable results for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to strategic discussions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with the right to work in Argentina.
• Strong academic record and fluent English.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Alignment with Brainlabs’ Culture Code.

Required skills

• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Familiarity with Paid Search concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Paid Social advertising.
• Awareness of Programmatic advertising.
