Digital Designer – Advertising & Social Media

About the role

As a Designer you will create innovative digital ads and assets for a leading packaged goods company, balancing speed, style and scale across multiple platforms. You will work within a fast‑moving, AI‑forward team to deliver high‑quality visual content that resonates with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop style proposals, concept mockups and prototypes for products, features and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Interpret creative briefs into detailed design briefs and execute pixel‑perfect designs.
• Create interactive assets for social media and other digital channels, as well as technical setups for POS print media.
• Incorporate cultural trends to produce relevant designs for social platforms.
• Enhance storytelling through motion graphics and support production quality assurance across markets.
• Assist in pitching by ideating and preparing style proposals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Designer specializing in digital design and advertising.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital ads and marketing assets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present designs confidently.
• Fast, flexible mindset ready to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of social media dynamics and current design trends.
