About the role

Fever is seeking a Digital Creative Lead to shape high‑impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple global markets. You will bridge audience insights with business goals, creating scalable frameworks for performance‑driven content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for high‑impact creative campaigns and brand projects across markets.
• Own end‑to‑end development of 360° creative strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Translate insights into briefs that inspire multimedia production and collaborate with design and video teams.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, presenting and defending strategies.
• Design scalable methodologies for systematic campaign planning and lead ideation workshops.
• Evaluate campaign performance and turn analytics into actionable optimizations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital strategy, strategic planning, or brand strategy in an agency or fast‑paced in‑house environment.
• Proven expertise in 360° campaign conceptualization, brief creation, and multi‑platform execution.
• Strong leadership with experience mentoring teams and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical ability to convert data into creative insights.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, comfortable in a fast‑moving scale‑up culture.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.
