DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & GitOps

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets, maintaining and upgrading clusters, and deploying open‑source components across a GitOps‑based deployment model. You will use GitLab and ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments, refine change processes, automate operational workflows with Bash or other scripting languages, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integrations and upgrades. AWS and EKS experience is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities

• Clear backlog tickets, maintain and upgrade Kubernetes clusters, and deploy open‑source components.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes for recognizing, notifying, and updating Kubernetes changes while collaborating with other teams.
• Use GitLab and ArgoCD for GitOps‑based deployments, write and update internal documentation, and automate workflows with Bash or other scripting languages.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and associated open‑source tools.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or a related role.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes administration, Git and GitOps practices, and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with open‑source technologies such as Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Flux, or Docker.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and an upper‑intermediate level of English.
