DevOps Engineer (Azure & On-Premise) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a senior DevOps Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on Azure‑based and on‑premise projects across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver reliable, automated infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, scale and maintain production Kubernetes clusters on Azure and on‑premise environments.
• Design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Manage cloud resources in Microsoft Azure and support physical data‑center infrastructure (OpenStack, QEMU, Hyper‑V).
• Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting using Prometheus, Zabbix and the ELK Stack.
• Ensure security hardening, integrate vulnerability scanning (Snyk, SonarQube) and maintain SIEM tools.
• Plan disaster recovery, automate backups and support database systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis and ClickHouse.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year program) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on large, complex systems.
