About the role

Worley is seeking a Deputy Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for equipment, materials and third‑party services, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and schedule compliance across projects.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain a Procurement Plan identifying key items, strategies, vendors and budget estimates.
Prepare approved vendor lists, issue RFQs, evaluate bids and recommend award decisions.
Coordinate with operational managers to align procurement with broader organizational initiatives and project timelines.
Lead and mentor procurement staff, making decisions on selection, training and performance.

Required profile

University degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
Typically 15+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory and project management roles.
Based in Buenos Aires with potential relocation to San Juan and travel required.

Required skills

Advanced understanding of procurement systems, processes and tools.
Ability to develop procurement plans, evaluate vendors and manage contracts.
