Delivery Manager (LATAM based)

About the role

We’re hiring a Delivery Manager to own delivery strategy, client relationships, and delivery margin across multi‑project engagements. You sit above individual projects: you make sure what we sign can actually be delivered, translate contracts into an integrated delivery plan, and keep every team, PM, and client stakeholder aligned from proposal to handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Contract and engagement setup: review proposals, flag unrealistic assumptions, turn signed contracts into integrated delivery plans and coordinate team readiness.
• Kickoff and ways of working: define communication channels, delivery workflow, validation and sign‑off processes, and onboard clients to the engagement model.
• Strategic client management: run monthly/quarterly progress, risk and status reviews, monitor satisfaction, act as escalation point and identify expansion opportunities.
• Delivery health and margin: coordinate multiple projects, ensure accurate estimation of change requests, protect margin and align training, documentation and handoff plans with client expectations.
• Continuous improvement: conduct post‑mortems, capture lessons learned and drive standardisation and best‑practice adoption across projects.

Required profile

• 8+ years in software delivery within services or consulting, with 3+ years as a Delivery/Engagement/Program Manager overseeing several projects for the same client.
• Proven experience managing client relationships at the account level, including steering committees, reviews, escalations and negotiated trade‑offs.
• Hands‑on ability to translate contracts and SOWs into delivery plans with milestones, UATs and inter‑project dependencies.
• Margin and cost awareness: tracking estimated vs. actual costs and acting early on deviations.
• Strong risk management: identifying, logging, assigning and mitigating risks before escalation.
• Experience coordinating pre‑sales, PMOs and staffing to ensure teams are ready before kickoff.
• Comfort reviewing change requests for estimation quality and delivery risk.
• Running post‑mortems and driving process improvements across projects.
• Familiarity with agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Daily use of AI tools for planning, reporting and documentation; C1 English proficiency for leading senior client conversations.
