Delivery Manager – AI Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with strong AI expertise to lead impactful projects in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives align with company priorities and are delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Guide initiatives from inception through completion, ensuring outcomes support broader business objectives.
• Act as the liaison between internal departments and external partners throughout each project.
• Define planning activities, set realistic deadlines, key milestones, and allocate resources appropriately.
• Monitor multiple concurrent work streams, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead regular check‑ins and communicate progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships to stay aware of evolving requirements and expectations.
• Direct multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of shared ownership and responsibility.
• Renegotiate project scope, budget, and timelines as circumstances change.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices across projects.
• Support colleagues in overcoming obstacles and removing impediments.
• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of delivery.
• Contribute to staffing decisions and team composition based on project needs.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of technical engineering experience.
• At least two years in senior, lead, manager or owner roles.
• Proven track record managing projects with teams of five or more full‑time staff.
• Deep knowledge of solution architecture and hands‑on experience with Agentic AI.
• Strong Python scripting skills and solid understanding of core AI technologies.
• Extensive background in project and delivery management across diverse project types, including digital and cloud environments.
• Experience in digital marketing project management is a plus.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
