Delivery & Executive Operations Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Delivery & Executive Operations Associate to work directly with the Co‑CEO of a fast‑growing crypto, wallet and AI technology firm. The role ensures that the CEO’s vision is captured, structured and delivered across development, product and other departments, turning vague instructions into clear, trackable work.

Key responsibilities

• Convert voice notes, rough briefs and meeting outputs into well‑defined tasks with owners, deadlines and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the Lark project‑management system as the single source of truth.
• Assign tasks, set owners and monitor progress through to completion.
• Prepare bilingual briefs, summaries and hand‑offs to coordinate across teams.
• Support engineering with project briefs, technical specifications and requirements documentation.
• Leverage internal AI tools to draft, summarise and verify outputs, always with human review.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously after onboarding.
• Exceptional written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and multiple open threads, proactively flagging gaps.
• Discreet with confidential business information.
• Curious about AI, tech and, optionally, crypto/Web3.
• Experience with spreadsheets, accounting or finance is a plus.
