Deals Value Manager – Post-Merger Integration

About the role

As a Deals Value Manager in PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires, you will help clients integrate acquisitions and maximise the value of their investments. You will lead teams, manage client accounts and provide strategic advice across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute post‑merger integration strategies to maximise investment value.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in complex transaction execution and restructuring processes.
• Perform financial analysis, synergy assessments and operational performance management.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful deal outcomes.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, leveraging their strengths to deliver high‑quality results.
• Drive change‑management initiatives and promote innovative use of technology.
