About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Deals Value Associate. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, focusing on integration and value realization. The role offers hands‑on learning within a global advisory environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist clients in navigating complex M&A transactions to maximize deal value.
Develop integration strategies and value‑realization plans post‑acquisition.
Apply business‑process improvement techniques to boost operational performance.
Manage stakeholder expectations and align integration goals.
Coordinate integration activities, timelines and project deliverables.
Conduct synergy analysis to identify cost‑reduction and efficiency opportunities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide operational advice and strategic leadership.
Gather and analyse data from diverse sources to support decision‑making.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Fluent oral and written English.
