Deals Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Senior Associate for its Deals practice, which provides strategic advice and business diligence to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. The role focuses on analyzing financial information such as quality of earnings, assets and cash flows, building client relationships and learning to manage and inspire others.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows and key deal issues
• Support clients in M&A, divestitures and restructuring with strategic advice and diligence
• Use financial modeling and forecasting to evaluate performance and growth opportunities
• Conduct financial statement analysis and interpret complex financial data
• Advise on purchase price adjustments, completion accounts and deal closing mechanisms
• Identify issues around transaction pricing, working capital and net debt
• Work with deal teams, legal advisors and clients to support transaction execution and closing
• Apply responsible information management, including information security and data protection

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Current pursuit of, or a license in, CPA, CA, foreign CPA or CFA
• Oral and written English proficiency
