Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager. The role provides strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, analysing financial information such as quality of earnings, assets and cash flows. As a manager, you will also motivate, develop and coach team members, manage performance and take ownership of projects from planning and budgeting to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
• Analyse financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows and key deal issues
• Develop strategic advice and business diligence services for client transactions
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and completion to meet client expectations
• Guide teams in applying financial modelling and forecasting techniques
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for value maximisation in deals
• Evaluate financial statements and contractual agreements using analytical thinking
• Coach team members and lead client discussions on pricing, completion accounts and deal closing mechanisms
• Ensure quality, accuracy and responsible information security and data protection practices
• Manage and develop team members while coordinating with clients, legal advisors and cross-functional deal teams

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience
• One of the following: CPA license, Chartered Accountant, Foreign CPA, or CFA
• Oral and written English proficiency
