Deals Diligence Analytics - Senior Manager

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is looking for a Senior Manager in Deals Diligence Analytics. You will lead and manage financial due diligence projects within the Deals practice, giving clients strategic insights and analytics on M&A transactions. You will interact with clients at a senior level, coach teams and build trust with multi-level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence projects supporting client decisions in mergers and acquisitions
• Analyze financial statements and run financial models to assess earnings quality and business performance
• Develop strategies for value creation and operational improvement in client engagements
• Work with cross-functional teams on deal management and financial advisory services
• Provide market trend and growth opportunity insights, and conduct investment analysis and valuations
• Validate financial forecasts and projections to spot risks and opportunities
• Build client relationships and tailor financial solutions to their needs
• Coach team members and promote inclusion and change
• Ensure information security and data protection, and oversee data preparation, transformation and modeling with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and SQL
• Maintain analytical integrity by linking transactional data to reported financial statements

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Certified Public Accountant license, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant or CFA
• Oral and written English proficiency

Required skills

• Advanced financial due diligence, financial modeling and forecasting
• Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• ETL and data preparation tools such as Alteryx, Power Query (preferred)
• Basic programming knowledge such as Python or SQL (preferred)
