Deals Diligence Analytics - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Senior Associate for its Deals practice. The role supports client engagements by applying analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions in financial due diligence. It focuses on building client relationships, mentoring others and growing technical skills within a global team spanning Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for mergers and acquisitions
• Evaluate business performance metrics to assess financial health and growth potential
• Develop financial models to support deal valuations and strategic decisions
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends and potential risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasts and valuations
• Review contractual agreements to understand their financial implications and obligations
• Interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
• Engage in deal management activities to facilitate transactions
• Apply corporate finance principles to assess earnings quality and working capital management
• Monitor industry trends to inform investment analysis and strategic planning

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Accounting preferred
• Knowledge of information security and data protection
