Deals Delivering Deals Value Associate - M&A Integration

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Deals Delivering Deals Value Associate to support clients with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. The Associate focuses on deal integration and value realization, financial analysis and post-merger integration strategies, working alongside global teams in Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating complex transactions to maximize value in mergers and acquisitions
• Develop strategies for successful integration of acquisitions and value realization
• Apply business process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance
• Manage stakeholders to align integration goals and expectations
• Use project management skills to coordinate integration activities and timelines
• Perform synergy analysis to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities
• Gather and analyze information from diverse sources to inform decisions
• Deliver operational advice and strategic leadership in line with the Firm's code of conduct

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency
