Data Solutions - Experienced Associate

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is looking for an Experienced Associate in its Data Solutions program within the Tax practice. The associate supports client-facing experience consulting work, helping design and deliver data-led solutions that improve customer and employee experiences. The role sits at the heart of global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, with a focus on learning, adapting to varied client needs and building a professional brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax delivery experience projects by gathering requirements, documenting workflows and tracking implementation tasks.
• Assist in designing and deploying client-facing processes, tools and digital solutions that improve usability and adoption.
• Analyze business needs and turn feedback into clear process improvements for tax reporting and strategy work.
• Coordinate tasks, monitor progress and flag risks or blockers early.
• Apply Agile methods, project management tools and technology implementation skills to advance delivery timelines.
• Interpret data and process information to identify patterns and support decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to test solutions, validate functionality and incorporate user feedback.
• Develop knowledge of tax delivery models, business processes and emerging technologies, and understand responsible information management, including information security and data protection.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• A learning mindset, ability to adapt to varied clients and shifting project needs, and good communication skills.
• Commercial awareness built through tax delivery and business context.
