Data Reports & Insights Analyst

About the role

Cloudbeds, a remote-first platform powering hotels across 150 countries, is looking for a Data Reports & Insights Analyst to join its Customer Success team. The role bridges data services and business intelligence, helping customers turn raw operational and financial data into actionable decisions. You will work with a team that partners with Product, Onboarding, Support and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Create, refine and troubleshoot reports across the PMS reporting suite so customers have accurate, actionable data.
• Proactively investigate and fix data inconsistencies before they become customer issues.
• Coach hoteliers on key metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and channel performance.
• Turn raw operational and financial data into clear insights that help businesses understand their performance and grow revenue.
• Answer reporting questions via calls and emails.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, Support and Customer Success to improve how customers access and interpret their data.

Required profile

• Direct experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers and similar systems.
• Proven track record in onboarding, implementation or Tier 2/3 technical support, with a natural ability to teach and guide users.
• Strong understanding of basic data management, data mapping, parsing and root-cause error analysis.
• Highly tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Must be authorized to work in the location of the position without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data cleaning).
• Bonus: Spanish or Portuguese, and experience with BI dashboards or advanced financial reporting.
