Data & Operations Specialist

About the role

Anyone AI is looking for a Data & Operations Specialist in Buenos Aires, a highly technical and operationally strategic role at the intersection of process automation and data workflows. You will design and maintain automation workflows, manage key processes such as admissions, education, career services and billing, and ensure data accuracy across the organization. The company runs an accelerated, hands-on training program for AI developers from Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams (admissions, career, placement, billing) with data and automation needs.
• Design and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Typeform, HubSpot, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable and external APIs.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards in Looker Studio or Google Sheets.
• Use lightweight database solutions such as Supabase to structure and sync data across internal processes.

Required profile

• Proven background in workflow automation and operations management.
• Experience with finance, billing or HR processes is a strong plus (edtech, bootcamps or online learning).
• Analytical, detail-oriented and data-driven, able to manage several processes in parallel and work independently.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Required skills

• Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets, AppScripts and process automation tools.
• Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
• Solid understanding of databases, no-code/low-code systems (Airtable, Notion) and basic SQL (Supabase).
• Preferred: Python, n8n, Lovable or similar automation platforms.
