Data Graduate Associate

About the role

Join Brainlabs' two‑year Data Graduate Associate program, a full‑time permanent role designed for recent graduates. Based on our Buenos Aires campus, you will work on real client campaigns for brands such as LEGO, Crocs, Adidas and Formula One, applying data‑driven insights to digital marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Data team in analytics, visualization and data‑science tasks.
• Collect, clean and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Create dashboards and visualisations that communicate performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Participate in masterclasses and on‑the‑job training throughout the two‑year program.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with the right to work in Argentina.
• Strong academic record and fluent English.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Alignment with Brainlabs’ Culture Code.

Required skills

• Data analytics fundamentals.
• Data visualisation concepts.
• Basic understanding of data‑science principles.
