Data Foundation Solution Engineer (MuleSoft & Informatica)

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a hands-on, technically strong Solution Engineer with expertise in data, integration and AI, working in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. The role suits someone who combines technical depth with a consultative mindset, helping customers solve complex business challenges with solutions powered by MuleSoft and Informatica.

Key responsibilities

• Design and propose technical solutions that address customer challenges across data, integration and AI.
• Build and deliver technical demos, prototypes and proofs of concept that show business value.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and turn them into impactful solutions.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to drive customer success through technical storytelling and value-based demonstrations.
• Explore use cases that use data and integration to enable AI-driven transformation.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in data management, integration architectures, APIs and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience building integrations, technical demonstrations and solutions.
• Understanding of AI and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise use cases.
• Experience in solution engineering, technical presales, solution architecture or similar customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
