About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately input and maintain information in our systems for our Argentine operations. The ideal candidate is fast‑typing, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential data with integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents quickly and accurately.
• Verify information by cross‑checking against original records.
• Maintain and update databases and digital records.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Organize and store documents securely in digital formats.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
• Assist with basic data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a data entry or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
