Customer Support Representative – Flexible Rotating Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Telmo, Buenos Aires. You will provide premium assistance to Spanish‑speaking players of an international online gaming platform, handling inquiries through live chat and ticketing systems while working flexible rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via live chat and email ticketing, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Document cases clearly in both Spanish and English for internal teams.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, acting as a bridge between users and product engineers.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to service workflows.
• Maintain high‑quality standards by following established support procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency for internal written communication.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tickets in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
