Customer Support Designer

About the role

Customily is looking for a Customer Support Designer to combine strong design expertise with outstanding customer support skills. You will help users solve problems, guide them through the platform, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat and email in English.
• Guide customers in using the platform and answer questions about product personalization and design.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to designs, products, and platform functionality.
• Create, edit, and optimise images to support customers or resolve design‑related problems.
• Review customer artwork and flag potential configuration or production issues.
• Collaborate daily with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams to solve complex cases.
• Document solutions, best practices, and learnings to strengthen the team’s knowledge base.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑Advanced or advanced English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in Customer Support or Customer Success with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong graphic design knowledge, including visual judgment, composition, typography, and design fundamentals.
• Understanding of print production workflows, artwork preparation, and colour profiles (RGB/CMYK).
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
