Customer Success Manager

About the role

Cycode is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join its fast‑growing cybersecurity team. You will work with Fortune 500 customers, guiding them through the adoption of Cycode’s Agentic Development Security Platform and ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and driving customer success with Cycode’s product suite.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts ranging from mid‑size enterprises to Fortune 500 organizations across multiple industries.
• Identify customer pain points, business goals, and success metrics, then develop and execute plans to achieve them.
• Onboard new customers, increase product adoption, ensure timely renewals, minimize churn, and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular project calls, quarterly and executive business reviews, and align with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Act as a client advocate by collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to provide feedback and improve the solution.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Customer Success Manager, preferably in software development or cybersecurity.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience engaging C‑level executives and conducting deep‑technical discussions with engineers.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
