About the role

Join Binance's Customer Service team to provide 24/7 support via ticketing systems and live chat for a global cryptocurrency exchange. You will handle enquiries, complaints, and identification approvals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back‑office tickets and provide 24/7 online enquiry and email reply services.
• Assist customers through email or online tools, offering advice and suggestions.
• Support other business units by accurately documenting requests and providing feedback.
• Manage customer complaints, special cases, and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• College degree or higher.
• Native Spanish speaker, advanced English; additional language a plus.
• High honesty, integrity, proactive attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure and across different shifts.
