Customer Service Representative (Portuguese/English)

About the role

Join Binance's Customer Service team to provide fast, accurate support to users of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. You will handle tickets, live chat, and email enquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back‑office tickets and provide 24/7 online enquiry and email reply services.
• Assist customers via email or online tools, offering advice and suggestions.
• Support other business units, accurately document requests, and provide feedback.
• Manage customer complaints, special cases, and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• College degree or higher.
• Trilingual preferred: native Spanish, advanced English, plus another language.
• High honesty, integrity, proactive and meticulous attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication, and team spirit.
• Passion for customer service, willingness to work varied shifts, and interest in the crypto industry.
